But come nightfall it transforms into a bumping nightclub.There is a mix of music at this club, usually alternating between electronic and pop. If you are wondering what to do in Arequipa at night, look no further! The Casona Forum has something for everyone. For hungry patrons, they offer both a pizzeria and a bar & grill. There is also no shortage of options for partying, with a pub-style bar, a karaoke bar, a disco and a salsa club all under one roof. This is an extremely busy spot, (especially on the weekends), so we’d recommend coming early to secure a table and a spot in the queue for karaoke!

One of the more relaxed Arequipa nightclubs, Patria 209 is a charming club, perfect for drinks and snacks with friends. It’s not one of the bigger clubs in Arequipa so it fills up quickly. There is a resident DJ as well as occasional visits from guests performers. There is a wide range of reasonably-priced drinks and a welcoming, cozy atmosphere, making Patria 209 perfect for both small groups and couples.

This young, energetic karaoke nightclub is alive from 8pm on a saturday night. Entering through a small door and heading up the stairs to the bar, it is quite an unassuming establishment. Just a block from the main square, Zoom is the perfect place to meet friends for a few drinks and karaoke attempts! With plenty of nooks and crannies, you will quickly find an area of this club that makes you never want to leave again.

Qochamama is a diverse bar/club suitable for and frequented regularly by locals and tourists. Situated beside the Catalina Monastery, its location is excellent. Qochamama prides itself on its friendly staff and excellent music, ranging from rock to reggae. Live music performers are hosted during the week and then the real party kicks off between Thursday and Saturday when the resident Djs take over!
